While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order. Merchandise will be shipped USPS or Fedex and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations.
If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email. All USPS/Fedex deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. Fedex/USPS can not ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address.

Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, another common facility or public institution, such as a college, hospital or hotel, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employee, neighbor, receptionist, etc. Upon signature or acceptance of goods by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. BingCrosbyStore.com is not responsible for lost of stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
International orders will be shipped Fedex and are subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees associated with international shipping cost including but not limited to taxes and import fees. RETURNS / EXCHANGES
BingCrosbyStore.com accepts undamaged and unused returns and exchanges within a 30-day period after shipping date.
Any items that are not in perfect resellable condition or that show signs of wear are not returnable. You will be given credit or a refund for the amount of the merchandise plus standard shipping. Express shipping charges and International shipping charges are not refundable.
Our 30 day guarantee applies only to retail purchases. To process your return or exchange, please log in to your Customer Profile. After logging in, from the Account Menu screen, please select view previous orders. All of your orders will be displayed, please select the order details for the invoice in question. Scroll down to request an RMA. You will receive a reply within 48 business hours. Please repackage the item(s) you are returning or exchanging, taking care to protect the merchandise from damage during return shipping.
NOTE: BingCrosbyStore.com will not accept any worn merchandise or merchandise that is damaged due to your negligence in shipping. Include a copy of your original invoice and ship the box to:
