  • How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship almost all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 4-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an automatic e-mail from Fedex/USPS with a projected delivery date once your order has been shipped.

  • What shipping method do you use?

We utilize Fedex Ground Service and USPS 1st class and Priority mail depending on weight of package. Most orders are shipped USPS. International shipments are shipped via Fedex standard International. International delivery time ranges from 5-18 days.

  • Do you sell wholesale?

  • Do you license the Bing Crosby brand, name and likeness?

Yes. Please inquire  at: Licensing@BingCrosby.com

  • Are you associated with Bing Crosby? 

Yes.  BingCrosby.com is owned and operated by the Crosby Family.

  • Do you charge Sales Tax?

Internet businesses are only required to charge sales tax for items sold and delivered in the state they are located. Since we are located in California, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to California. No sales tax applies to all other states or international orders. No wholesale items are taxed.

  • Does your website securely process orders?

Yes. We use a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your on-line purchase.

  • What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) though our online system. Returns must be in original and perfect or resalable condition. See our return and exchange policy under Shipping.
